PILATESPROP® provides movement education for personal development, practical skills, and continuing learning. Our training explores human structure, conscious movement, body awareness, and the safe, appropriate use and setup of Pilates equipment. The aim is to help participants better understand their own movement, develop an independent practice, and share appropriate movement practices within their communities.
Our programs do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, do not require medical or physical examination, and do not represent training for regulated healthcare professions such as physiotherapy or chiropractic practice. PILATESPROP® operates as an independent movement-education and professional-development provider and does not represent itself as a formal academic institution or a replacement for regulated educational or healthcare services.

Beginners Course
What you gain depends on why you start. Pilates commonly suits:
- Fitness enthusiasts who want stronger core control and better movement quality
- People with health concerns who need to avoid high-intensity exercise
- People managing their own rehabilitation alongside professional guidance
- People pursuing weight management together with better posture and body awareness
- People looking for stress relief, breathing practice, and a moment of focus
- Pregnant and postnatal women seeking a safe, low-impact form of exercise (with medical clearance)
Pilates builds strength through the body's core muscles, with a focus on controlled movement and breathing. It helps reduce muscular tension and is often used to ease back, neck, and shoulder pain and to manage office syndrome. It also works well as part of physical therapy or rehabilitation.

Pilates Apparatus Training is the foundational learning pathway. It builds knowledge and practical skills progressively — from understanding the body and movement principles to learning how to use and teach Pilates apparatus safely and confidently. It covers Knowing Your Body, Mat & Reformer, Tower/Cadillac and Chair, supported by theory, hands-on training, self-practice, observation, mentoring, and teaching development.
Apparatus Integration™ is the advanced application pathway for people who already have Pilates or movement experience. Rather than focusing on learning exercises and equipment, it explores how and why to select, adapt, and integrate different apparatus for the individual in front of you. It combines Pilates apparatus with ATSI-informed movement observation, postural analysis, functional anatomy, movement integration, and bodywork concepts to support posture, movement quality, functional performance, and individualized programming.
In short: Apparatus Training teaches the foundation, the apparatus, and the teaching skills. Apparatus Integration™ teaches you to observe, connect, adapt, and apply those skills to the individual.
If your goal is to deepen your own practice, start with the Apparatus Specialist route. If your goal is to teach professionally, choose the Pilates Apparatus Instructor Training program, which includes the teaching-development and certification components.
